Do I really pay nothing if there are no leads?
You pay us nothing — our fee only applies per valid lead delivered. Your ad spend is paid separately, directly to Meta, and runs regardless of results, which is why we start at a $50/day testing budget rather than asking you to gamble big.
How much will each lead cost me in total?
It depends on your industry, offer and location — a local cleaner and a solar installer are in very different auctions. During onboarding we'll give you a realistic all-in range before anything is switched on.
What conversion rate should I expect?
Industry benchmarks for Meta lead campaigns typically sit around 3–5%. Your actual rate depends on budget, location, industry competitiveness and offer — higher budgets give Meta more data to work with. We report your real numbers in your portal; we never guarantee results.
Are the leads qualified?
Yes — as far as a form can qualify anyone. Every lead has a verified phone number and has answered qualifying questions about their purchase timeframe and what they're interested in. No form can guarantee someone will buy — some leads are ready now, some are researching, and a few go quiet. That's normal in every industry. The qualifying answers let your team prioritise the hot ones first.
What if a lead is fake or a duplicate?
Fake or non-working contact details aren't billed — flag them within 7 days. If the same person submits twice within 30 days, you only pay once. A lead who says "not interested" is still a valid lead — conversion is your team's job from the moment it lands.
Do you work with my industry and location?
We work with any business in any location, as long as it passes Meta's ad policy review. Some categories — credit, employment, housing and certain health or financial services — are restricted by Meta, not us.

What access do you need?
You add us as a partner to your Meta Business Portfolio as an ad client, with access to your pixel, ad account, and Facebook and Instagram pages so we can publish and boost content. You can remove our access at any time — everything stays yours.
What if I don't have a Business Portfolio, pixel or pages set up?
We build the full foundation for you — Business Portfolio, pixel installation, ad account and page setup — for a one-time fee of $1,500 AUD. If you already have these, there's no setup cost.
Why do the first two weeks matter so much?
New and dormant ad accounts need data before Meta delivers efficiently. We test your UGC, graphic and post ID creative to find the winning combination — leads typically cost more in week one than week four. Rushing this phase burns budget.
How do I manage leads once they start coming in?
Meta's built-in Leads Centre works at the start — view, download, contact and delete leads from your Facebook page. When volume picks up, we highly recommend Pipedrive, connected directly to Meta so every lead drops straight into your sales pipeline. We can help set it up if needed.
Do you do anything besides Meta lead ads?
Yes — Google Ads, Shopify and WordPress websites, content creation, branding, and SEO/AEO. Lead ads are the main game on this page, but if something outside the ads is costing you sales, we'll tell you and we can fix it.

Pay Per Lead — service terms
1. The service. CS Ecom creates ad creative (AI and UGC-style video, graphic, post ID) and runs Meta lead-form campaigns from the client's accounts. The deliverable is valid leads as defined in clause 3.
2. Fees. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to Meta and is non-refundable regardless of results. CS Ecom's fee is charged per valid lead at the rate confirmed during onboarding. Clients without existing Meta assets (Business Portfolio, pixel, ad account, pages) pay a one-time setup fee of $1,500 AUD.
3. Valid lead. A completed Meta instant form containing, at minimum, a name, a Meta-verified phone number or working email address, and responses to the form's qualifying questions. Duplicates within 30 days and leads with non-functioning contact details (disputed in writing within 7 days of delivery) are not billed. A lead's purchase timeframe, level of interest or decision not to buy does not affect validity.
4. No performance guarantee. Benchmarks and past results shown are indicative only. CS Ecom does not guarantee lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, sales or revenue.
5. Testing period. An initial 14-day testing phase applies to all new campaigns. After that, either party may end the arrangement at any time with written notice via the client portal. Leads delivered before termination remain billable.
6. Access. The client grants CS Ecom partner access to their Meta Business Portfolio, pixel, ad account and social pages, revocable by the client at any time. All accounts, data and creative assets built in the client's accounts remain the client's property.
7. Communication. All tasks, reports and communication run through the client portal. Response to leads, sales follow-up and conversion are the client's responsibility.
8. Compliance. All campaigns are subject to Meta's advertising policies. The client warrants that their business, offers and claims are lawful, accurate and deliverable.
9. Creative. Testing-phase creative may include AI-generated video presenters and AI-designed graphics. AI presenters are used in a demonstrational capacity only and are never represented as genuine customers. No fabricated reviews or testimonials are used. Final creative, targeting and publishing decisions rest with CS Ecom.
10. Client offers and content. The client is responsible for supplying an advertisable offer and honouring its terms with customers. Post ID campaigns require the client to publish offers organically on their Facebook and Instagram pages before boosting.
