CS Ecom didn't start as a course company that decided to dabble in stores. It started the other way around — building and running ecommerce stores across niches and markets, and getting good at the parts that actually decide whether a store wins: product research, creative, ads, and the testing system behind them.
Teaching came after, because the questions kept coming: how did you find that product, how do you keep the ad account alive, how are you moving so fast? The honest answer was always the same — a tight system, and AI doing the work that used to need a team. So we started packaging that system up.
Today we do three things, and they feed each other: we build stores for people who want it done, coach operators who want to go fast with someone in their corner, and teach the whole system to anyone who wants to learn it themselves. Everything we teach is something we're actively doing.
